TLP POLICIES
Please read through the following information to assure you have the best experience at Timber Lake Playhouse.
RESERVATIONS: All ticket orders must be paid in full at the time the seats are held. All phone and online orders must be paid in full before tickets are printed. Special arrangements will be made for group reservations. Tickets are purchased by credit card, check, cash or money order.
REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, AND CANCELLATIONS: We have a no refund policy. You may still contact the box office staff to assist with any exchanges that you need to make within the same show.
FEES: There is a $2.00 per ticket order fee on all orders.
HANDICAPPED ACCOMMODATIONS: Handicapped accommodations are available. Please notify the box office at time of ticket purchase. Please let box office staff know if you have a walker or equipment that you will be bringing to the performance that may block theatre aisles.
Wheelchair locations are reserved on a first-purchase basis directly from the box office and are not available on the Internet at this time.
CHILDREN AND INFANTS: Bring your whole family to Timber Lake! The box office recommends that you check suggested ratings of performances when reserving for a child or infant. For all TLP productions, every audience member must have a ticket to enter theatre. No lap seating is accepted.
LATE SEATING: Please arrive prior to the performance time. If you arrive after the performance has begun, house staff will seat you at the best available seat in the back of the theatre, when available.
PLAYHOUSE INFORMATION: Flash photography and video recordings are PROHIBITED. Water bottles, beer, and wine (purchased at Timber Lake Playhouse) are allowed inside the theater. Silence your cellular phones and/or paging devices during a performance. To claim a stolen or lost item, please contact the box office. THERE IS NO SMOKING IN ANY BUILDING ON THE TLP CAMPUS.
TIMBER LAKE PLAYHOUSE PRIVACY POLICY: Timber Lake Playhouse is committed to protecting your privacy and accordingly maintains the following Privacy Policy to advise you about how we protect your personal information and about what choices you have concerning the use of that information.
SHARING YOUR INFORMATION: You can browse our site without submitting any personally identifiable information, but we do collect some anonymous information when you access our site to track visitors for marketing purposes.
When you visit our site, you will be invited to provide personal information in order to sign up for some of our services, such as our e-mail updates and our mailing list. You may be asked to provide your name, mailing address, e-mail address, and/or telephone number. You may also choose to purchase a subscription or make a donation; in this case, you will be asked for your credit card number and expiration date so that we can process your request. All data is processed through our new online software, Arts People. Information on our secured processing software is available at www.arts-people.com. Your credit card data is not saved in our system.
INFORMATION WE MAY SHARE: We do not share e-mail addresses with third parties unless we are legally required to do so. However, we may use your other contact data to relay information about new offers and special programs from Timber Lake Playhouse; unless you have indicated that you would not like to receive these types of communications. You can always opt out of receiving future mailings by sending a “Please Remove” e-mail message to info@timberlakeplayhouse.org.
SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION: When you make a donation or buy a subscription online, we need to obtain your credit card number, expiration date, and billing address. This information is encrypted and transmitted over the internet where it is stored securely at our online system through Arts People.
We use industry standard encryption to help ensure that all the personal information you provide for purchasing is encrypted and remains private. This helps to maintain the confidentiality of your information. We strive to protect your personal information; however, Timber Lake Playhouse cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us.

UPDATING PERSONAL INFORMATION: If your personal information changes, we will gladly correct, update, or remove any data you have previously provided.
