Bartender Responsibilities
➢ Crafting and serving alcoholic beverages at TLP bars
➢ Restocking bars to ensure a seamless and uninterrupted service experience
➢ Providing excellent customer service
➢ Managing cash transactions and ensuring compliance with financial protocols
➢ Maintaining cleanliness in the general area and providing ongoing customer service
➢ Assisting with the closing procedures of the ticket office including preparing cash banks
➢ Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
➢ Must be 18 YEARS OLD to apply
➢ BASSET certification required, can provide training for right applicant
➢ Previous bartender experience preferred
➢ Works effectively both independently and as part of a team
➢ Demonstrates strong analytical, interpersonal, and customer service skills
➢ Possesses knowledge and/or interest in TLP events and programming
➢ Exhibits excellent public relations and communication skills
➢ Performs with precision and attention to detail in a high-volume sales environment
➢ Able to carry up to 10lbs

Deck Manager Responsibilities
Oversees staff, including deck bartenders and cooks
Keeping a keen eye on inventory levels, restocking as needed, and proactively identifying items that require reordering
Assisting patrons with their deck food and beverage selections by being knowledgeable about the items, including ingredients and allergens
Assists with food operations for group opportunities and events
Assist the administrative team using personal expertise to improve deck operations
Managing cash transactions and ensuring compliance with financial protocols
Maintaining cleanliness in the general area and providing ongoing customer service
Assisting with the opening and closing procedures including preparing cash banks
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Extensive knowledge and experience in Food Service and use of kitchen equipment
Food Manager Certification
Must be available to work Friday nights, Saturdays & Sunday Matinees
In addition to Deck Cook/Bartender duties
Other duties as assigned

Deck Cook Responsibilities
Prepares and cooks food items to ensure the highest quality of service
Assists in the setup and cleanup of the deck and stage area to ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and food storage procedures.
Performs any other duties and activities necessary for the effective operation of the organization, as assigned by the Deck Manager and Administrative Assistant
Providing excellent customer service
Managing cash transactions and ensuring compliance with financial protocols
Assisting with the opening and closing procedures including preparing cash banks and updating seating charts and event information
Qualifications
Must be 16 YEARS OLD to apply
Extensive knowledge and experience in Food Service and use of kitchen equipment
Food Handler Certification, can provide training for right applicant
Works effectively both independently and as part of a team
Demonstrates strong analytical, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Possesses knowledge and/or interest in TLP events and programming
