Equity Performers

Timber Lake Playhouse will be holding an Equity Principal Audition (EPA) locally at the theatre in Mount Carroll, as well as EPAs and Equity Chorus Calls (ECC) in Chicago and New York City at each city’s AEA member center. Keep an eye on the AEA portal for sign-ups and more information coming soon.

Timber Lake Playhouse is under agreement with the Actors’ Equity Association as a Tier-8 Small Professional Theatre. 

Contracts Include: 

  • Weekly Salary

  • Housing directly on campus

  • Transportation to TLP

  • Pension And Health Benefits

  • Two Complimentary Meals Daily provided by our Culinary Team.

  • February 4th: Actors' Equity Audition Studios, Chicago, IL

  • February 20th: Actors' Equity Audition Studios, New York, NY

Equity Chorus Call (ECC):

  • February 5th: Actors' Equity Audition Studios, Chicago, IL

  • February 21st: Actors' Equity Audition Studios, New York, NY

If you cannot attend auditions and would like to be considered, please email the following materials to casting@timberlakeplayhouse.org:

  • Headshot.

  • Resume.

  • Video of a short song that reflects the season’s programming and brings you joy.

  • Dance Reel. (If applicable)

  • Any other materials you may find relevant to share with the team!

Note: Please submit materials via a cloud service (EX. Google Drive, Dropbox) or as a streaming link (EX. YouTube, Vimeo). Large video files will not be downloaded or reviewed.
