  • Bartender Responsibilities

    ➢ Crafting and serving alcoholic beverages at TLP bars

    ➢ Restocking bars to ensure a seamless and uninterrupted service experience

    ➢ Providing excellent customer service

    ➢ Managing cash transactions and ensuring compliance with financial protocols

    ➢ Maintaining cleanliness in the general area and providing ongoing customer service

    ➢ Assisting with the closing procedures of the ticket office including preparing cash banks

    Qualifications

    ➢ Must be 18 YEARS OLD to apply

    ➢ BASSET certification required, can provide training for right applicant

    ➢ Previous bartender experience preferred

  • Box Office Staff Responsibilities

    ➢ Handling the sale of event-related tickets to the general public

    ➢ Offering support in marketing and promotional projects for ticketed events

    ➢ Processing ticket orders through various channels, including mail, telephone, internet,

    and over-the-counter through the online ticketing program

    ➢ Distributing literature to patrons and addressing inquiries about shows and events

    ➢ Providing excellent customer service

    ➢ Managing cash transactions and ensuring compliance with financial protocols

    ➢ Maintaining cleanliness in the general area and providing ongoing customer service

    ➢ Assisting with the closing procedures of the ticket office, including preparing cash banks

    and updating seating charts and event information

    ➢ Keep a welcoming attitude and remain effective as we serve a high volume of people in a short time frame (30 minutes before the show and 15 minute intermission)

    ➢ Assisting patrons with their concession selections by being knowledgeable about the concession items, including ingredients and allergens

    ➢ Providing excellent customer service

    ➢ Managing cash transactions and ensuring compliance with financial protocols

    ➢ Interact with patrons, assisting them in finding the perfect memento to commemorate their TLP experience

    ➢ Managing cash transactions and ensuring compliance with financial protocols

    ➢ Maintaining cleanliness in the general area and providing ongoing customer service

    ➢ Assisting with the closing procedures of the ticket office including preparing cash banks

    Assisting patrons with their deck food and beverage selections by being knowledgeable about the items, including ingredients and allergens

    Assists with food operations for group opportunities and events

    Assist the administrative team using personal expertise to improve deck operations

    Managing cash transactions and ensuring compliance with financial protocols

    Maintaining cleanliness in the general area and providing ongoing customer service

    Assisting with the opening and closing procedures including preparing cash banks

    Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    High School Diploma or equivalent

    Extensive knowledge and experience in Food Service and use of kitchen equipment

    Food Manager Certification

    Must be available to work Friday nights, Saturdays & Sunday Matinees

    In addition to Deck Cook/Bartender duties

    Performs any other duties and activities necessary for the effective operation of the organization, as assigned by the Deck Manager and Administrative Assistant

  • Purpose: The Assistant Cook will work closely with our head cook to ensure the preparation and delivery of high-quality meals to our company. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a team environment

    Primary Responsibilities
    The Assistant Cook provides the following services:

    Assist in the preparation of meals according to established recipes and portion sizes.

    Help with the cooking, baking, grilling, and frying of various menu items.

    Ensure that all food preparation areas are clean and sanitized according to safety standards.

    Follow proper food handling procedures and adhere to health and safety regulations.

    Assist in the receiving and storage of food deliveries.

    Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including washing dishes and cleaning cooking equipment.

    Assist in menu planning and contribute ideas for new dishes or specials

    Follow instructions from the Head Cook and other senior management staff members.

    Prepares food for TLP Events as scheduled.

    Performs all other duties and/or activities as deemed necessary for the effective operation of the organization as assigned by the Executive Director.
